Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Developer to join our team and contribute to the successful implementation and maintenance of SAP solutions. As an SAP ABAP Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP applications, ensuring their alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Custom Development: Design, develop, and implement custom SAP solutions using ABAP programming language, addressing specific business requirements.
  2. Integration: Collaborate with functional consultants to integrate SAP modules with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.
  3. Enhancements and Support: Provide ongoing support for existing SAP applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to optimize system performance.
  4. Performance Tuning: Identify opportunities for performance improvement and implement optimizations within the SAP ABAP environment.
  5. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for ABAP programs, interfaces, and enhancements, ensuring clarity for future development and support.
  6. Testing and Debugging: Conduct unit testing, system testing, and debugging of SAP applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  7. Adherence to Best Practices: Follow SAP development best practices and standards, ensuring consistency and reliability in the development process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SAP ABAP Developer, with a focus on SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
  • Strong proficiency in ABAP programming language, including reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements (RICEF).
  • Experience with SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP data dictionary objects, function modules, and BAPIs.
  • Understanding of SAP integration technologies and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
